Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. We make units on a per order basis and ship within 24 hrs of production. 


Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A:Not Currently

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information which is used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find and click the product you want, make sure you have selected the color and quantity, and then click the 'Buy It Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: At the checkout, find the 'Discount' box on the right hand side and type your code in there. Once you've done that, simply click 'Apply' and your discount will be implemented.

Q: When I try to apply my discount code your website says my cart does not meet the requirements for the discount code?
A: Some of our discounts have 'rules', meaning you can only use them if you meet the requirements. Have a look where you got the code for details.

Q: Does Helium Amp provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you find damages on the product, contact us immediately. We will do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.
